FAQ

What is pottery painting?

The pottery pieces we have in our studio are all bisqueware, meaning it still needs the glaze (paint) and second firing in the kiln to be complete. This is where the fun comes in for you - choose whichever piece you like and paint it as you like. After you have finished, you leave it with us so we can make sure it’s all set for the kiln and then have it packed and ready for you to collect after 10-14 days.

How can I make a reservation?

Please feel free to book your table here using the pop-up on the bottom right of your screen.
Each reservation gives you the table and space for 2 hours.

Are the pottery pieces food safe?

Yes, once you get the piece back you can use it for eating and drinking. The glazes we use are non-toxic, lead free, and food safe.

Are there food and drinks available?

Yes, we have coffees, juices, wine, and ready made cocktails just for our artists. We currently do not have any food available.

How much does it cost?

Pieces range in prices from €18 up to around €60 for much larger items.

Is there a studio fee?

We have no surprise fees or extra costs! The price of the pottery includes all materials, paints, tools, and everything else.

When can I come back to collect my work?

We hope to have your pieces ready to be collected within 10-14 days, but it can take longer. We will send you a message when your pottery is completed and ready for you to come and collect.

What happens if the pottery gets damaged?

Sometimes pottery pieces can get damaged in the kiln. We do our absolute best to make sure this doesn’t happen, but sometimes it does. If your piece breaks or sustains any type of damage, we will invite you back to paint again.

Are there any age limitations?

We have no age limitations, but children require adult supervision at all times.
